为解决煤岩大巷围岩变形量大和维护投入大等问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测等方法,对比研究了高家庄矿煤岩大巷围岩破坏特征。结果表明,巷帮煤层和走向厚度变化较大的基本顶岩层是造成围岩大变形的主要原因,巷帮及顶板支护强度不足是影响围岩控制效果的根本原因。通过综合对比研究,对支护方案进行了优化,增加了帮部支护、提出了不等厚复合顶板锚索支护技术。实践表明,大巷顶板岩层的大变形破坏得到了一定程度的控制,巷帮大变形得以降低,提高了巷道维护周期,减少了巷道维护投入。
In order to solve the problems such as large deformation and maintenance of surrounding rock in coal and rock roadways, the damage characteristics of surrounding rock of coal and rock roadway in Gaojiazhuang Mine are comparatively studied by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field measurement. The results show that the main reason for the large deformation of the surrounding rock is the main coal bed and the basic roof rock with large changes in thickness. The weakness of the road support and roof support are the fundamental reasons that affect the surrounding rock control. Through the comprehensive comparative study, the support scheme was optimized and the support of the gangue was added. An anchor cable supporting technology with unequal thickness composite roof was proposed. The practice shows that the large deformation and damage of the roof rock strata of the alley have been controlled to a certain extent, the big deformation of the alley has been reduced, the maintenance period of the alley has been increased, and the input of roadway maintenance has been reduced.
