人的智力因素与非智力因素是相互促进的。成才过程是一个智力与非智力因素相互影响又以非智力因素起决定作用的过程。正由于非智力因素在人的学习、成才过程中的决定性的作用,如何优化非智力因素,一直是人们在教育教学工作中苦心探讨的课题。在历史教学中,优化学生的学习兴趣、情感、进取心等非智力因素,能够促进他们的智力因素更好地发挥作用,增强学生的注意力和创新能力,从而更好地优化教学。
Human intelligence and non-intellectual factors are mutually reinforcing. The process of becoming talent is a process in which the interaction between intelligence and non-intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors play a decisive role. Due to the decisive role of non-intellectual factors in human learning and talent-building, how to optimize non-intelligence factors has always been a subject that people have devoted themselves to in education and teaching. In history teaching, optimizing the students ’interest, emotion and enterprising spirit and other non-intelligence factors can promote their intelligence factor to play a better role, enhance the students’ attention and ability to innovate, so as to better optimize the teaching.
