为了阐明绿脓杆菌体外对人精子的运动有无影响,先制备不同密度的绿脓杆菌悬液,再将其在体外与10例健康成年生育男性的经上游优化处理精子一起孵化不同时间,采用德国Mika计算机辅助的精子分析系统测定人精于前向运动百分率。结果显示:细菌与精子的比例分别为10:10、100、1000或10000孵化0、2、4和6h后,人精子前向运动百分率无明显变化。这说明当绿脓杆菌与人精子比例≤1:1孵化6h以内时,绿脓杆菌体外对人精子前向运动百分率无明显影响。
To clarify whether Pseudomonas aeruginosa affects human sperm motility in vitro, Pseudomonas aeruginosa suspensions of different densities were prepared at first, and then hatched in vitro with 10 healthy adult male fertilized sperm by upstream optimization treatment for different times. Germany Mika computer-assisted sperm analysis system to determine the proportion of people who excel in forward movement. The results showed that there was no significant change in the percentage of forward movement of human spermatozoa after 10, 10, 100, 1000 or 10000 hatching at 0, 2, 4 and 6 hours respectively. This shows that when Pseudomonas aeruginosa and human sperm ratio ≤ 1: 1 incubation within 6h, Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro on the percentage of human sperm forward movement had no significant effect.
