我们描述一个新的、简单的制备金纳米线、三角形和六边形纳米粒子的方法,在加热的条件下,用乙醇作还原剂和保护剂直接还原氯金酸,而不用添加其他的表面活性剂.通过调节反应体系中乙醇的量来控制合成金纳米线和规则形状的纳米粒子.得到的产物用紫外光谱仪、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究.结果表明金纳米结构的尺寸和形状依赖于反应温度的变化.更重要的是,用我们的方法制得的金纳米晶体可以用来作为以对巯基苯氨(4-ATP)为探针分子的表面拉曼增强基底.
We describe a new and simple method for the preparation of gold nanowires, triangles and hexagonal nanoparticles by direct reduction of chloroauric acid with ethanol as a reducing and protecting agent under heating without the addition of other surface-active substances The synthesized gold nanowires and regular shaped nanoparticles were controlled by adjusting the amount of ethanol in the reaction system.The obtained products were characterized by UV spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) .The results showed that the gold nanostructures Size and shape depend on the change of the reaction temperature.More importantly, the gold nanocrystals prepared by our method can be used as surface Raman-enhanced substrates with 4-ATP as probe molecule .
