在自制的组合地层岩石模型上,模拟了大庆油田的非均质油层状态,进行了树脂小球与油层渗透率匹配关系以及不同渗透率组合油层封堵试验。结果表明,树脂小球进入油层的深度受熟化时间及油层渗透率双重因素的影响,对大庆油田来讲,小球的熟化时间为4~10h。超量顶替及反吐不会影响封堵效果;混合树脂小球也适用于报废井的全井封堵处理。
Based on the self-made composite rock model, the heterogeneous reservoir state in Daqing Oilfield was simulated. The match of resin bead and reservoir permeability and the plugging test of combined oil layer with different permeability were carried out. The results show that the depth of resin pellets entering the reservoir is affected by the aging time and the permeability of the reservoir. For Daqing Oilfield, the curing time of the pellets is 4 ~ 10h. Excessive displacement and anti-spit will not affect the sealing effect; mixed resin pellets also apply to the well of the whole well plugging treatment.
