针对可调宽窄行高速水稻插秧机插秧行距调节功能要求,设计了一种可调秧箱单元间距的秧箱系统。介绍了该系统的结构组成和工作原理,对关键零部件进行了详细设计,并利用ANSYS对秧箱单元进行了模态分析。最后通过试验对样机进行性能验证,利用测量平均每穴株数的方法验证秧箱系统的送秧稳定性。结果表明,该秧箱单元间距调节误差在0.7~0.9 mm范围内,插秧每穴3~4株,符合农艺要求;秧箱单元调节方便,秧箱系统送秧稳定性好,满足了可调宽窄行插秧机的工作性能要求。
Aimed at the requirements of adjusting the spacing of transplanted rice transplanters with adjustable width, width and width, a seedling box system with adjustable spacing of seedling boxes was designed. The structure and working principle of the system are introduced. The key parts and components are designed in detail. And the module of the seedling box is analyzed by ANSYS. Finally, the performance of the prototype was verified through experiments, and the seedling transplanter seedling stability was verified by measuring the average number of holes per hole. The results showed that the adjustment error of seedling unit spacing was in the range of 0.7-0.9 mm and the transplanting seedlings had 3-4 seedlings per hole, which met the requirements of agronomy. The seedling box unit was easy to adjust and the seedling box system had good seedling stability and satisfied the adjustable width Line transplanter work performance requirements.
