我校近年来实施的一手抓学历教育,一手抓岗位培训的“双翼”战略,给教师提出了更高的要求,那就是如何针对不同的教学对象、不同的教学层次、不同的教材体系、不同的教学环境,更新教学管理理念,构建教学的开放、多元、灵活的新模式,以提高教学质量,提高顾客满意度。一位教学专家认为:教学系统是一个多维度、多因素的动态系统。构成教学活动的基本因素包括教学目的、教师、学生、课程、教学方法、教学环境和教学反馈等,这些因素相互作用形成错综复杂的关系集合。其中,教师与学生及其各自的行为所构成的教与学的关系,应当是我们研究教学理论的切人点,也是我们研究教学教法必须关注的焦点。俗话说“教无定法”,本文就个人从事教学多年的体会,从以下几个方面对教学教法
