高寒地区白内障特别是老年性白内障的发病情况怎样?有何特点?其发病因素有哪些?国内在这方面的发表资料极为罕见。为了对上述问题有所认识,以便较好地开展白内障的防治工作,我们充分运用基层条件,对就诊的白内障患者进行了较全面的了解。在党组织的支持下,现将我们公社卫生所和县卫生院工作期间采集的白内障104例分析于下,一方面了解各类白内障总体的一般情况;一方面探讨老年性白内障的发病特点和发病因素,并提出需深入研究的有关问题。后者是本文的重点。
What is the incidence of cataract in the high-cold area, especially the senile cataract, what are the characteristics, and what are the causes of the cataract? Domestically, published data in this area is extremely rare. In order to get acquainted with the above issues, in order to better carry out the prevention and treatment of cataracts, we have made full use of grass-roots conditions to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cataract patients attending the clinic. With the support of the party organizations, 104 cases of cataract collected during the work of our commune health center and the county health center are analyzed. On the one hand, we understand the general situation of various types of cataract; on the other hand, we discuss the characteristics and incidence of senile cataract. Factors and raise relevant issues that need further study. The latter is the focus of this article.
