本文主要研究FR系列防护润滑剂对TC4钛合金镦粗时乎均单位压力和填充性的影响。设计了专门的装置,供在油压机和摩擦压力机上进行试验研究。为了对比,同时测定了GH2-0高温合金、40CrNiMo钢以及LD 5铝合金等典型航空材料在正常条件下镦粗时平均单位压力和填充性。试验结果表明,FR系列防护润滑剂对钛合金具有良好的润滑、保温和绝热作用。从而可降低变形力,采用较小吨位设备进行锻造,但并不明显改善钛合金的填充性。就镦粗时平均单位压力而言,TC4钛合金与40CrMiMo结构钢相当。在正常锻造条件下,TC4钛合金的填充性也与40CrNiMo钢差不多。本文所提出的平均单位压力计算公式,可用来估算有关工序的变形力。
This article mainly studies the impact of FR series protective lubricants on the average unit pressure and filling of upsetting TC4 titanium alloy. Specialized equipment was designed for experimental studies on hydraulic presses and friction presses. For the purpose of comparison, the average unit pressure and filling of upsetting of typical aeronautical materials such as GH2-0 superalloy, 40CrNiMo steel and LD 5 aluminum alloy were measured at the same time. The test results show that, FR series of protective lubricants on the titanium alloy has good lubrication, insulation and thermal insulation. Which can reduce the deformation force, the use of smaller tonnage equipment forging, but did not significantly improve the filling of titanium alloys. For upsetting the average unit pressure, TC4 titanium alloy and 40CrMiMo structural steel quite. Under normal forging conditions, TC4 titanium alloy filling with 40CrNiMo steel is almost. The average unit pressure formula proposed in this paper can be used to estimate the deformation force of the relevant process.
