目的:观察温泉游泳训练对飞行人员心脏功能的影响。方法:对现役空军飞行人员15例进行温泉游泳训练,采用彩色多普勒超声心动图和心脏影像学方法检测心脏功能相关指标,比较训练前后飞行人员心脏泵血功能、左心室舒张功能及心脏形态大小变化的情况。结果:训练4周后,飞行人员每搏量(SV)、射血分数(EF)、左心室短轴缩短率(SFLV)和二尖瓣舒张早期最大血流速度(E)均显著或非常显著高于训练前(P<0.05,P<0.01);心排血量(CO)、二尖瓣舒张晚期最大血流速度(A)、E/A值、主动脉内径及肺动脉内径训练前后比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05);心脏横径、心胸比例及心脏面积均较训练前显著增大(P<0.05);胸廓横径训练前后比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:温泉游泳锻炼可有效提高飞行人员心脏泵血功能和左心室舒张功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of hot spring swimming training on the cardiac function of pilots. Methods: Fifteen active Air Force pilots were trained in hot spring swimming. The indexes of cardiac function were detected by color Doppler echocardiography and cardiac imaging. The cardiac function, left ventricular diastolic function and cardiac function of the pilots before and after training were compared Changes in size. Results: After training for 4 weeks, the stroke volume (SV), ejection fraction (EF), shortening of left ventricular short axis (SFLV) and early diastolic mitral flow velocity (E) were significantly or very significantly (P <0.05, P <0.01); before and after training, cardiac output (CO), maximal flow velocity (A), E / A value, aortic diameter and pulmonary artery diameter at the later stage of mitral diastole, (P> 0.05). The heart diameter, heart-chest ratio and heart area were significantly increased (P <0.05) before and after training. There was no significant difference between before and after thoracic horizontal training (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Spa swimming exercise can effectively improve the cardiac function and left ventricular diastolic function of pilots.
