In ethnic minority areas, remote mountainous areas and the sharp decline in tuberculosis in developed countries, adult primary tuberculosis is still relatively common. This article collects 100 cases of adult primary tuberculosis observed in our hospital since 1960 for more than six months for an analysis and discussion of the related issues. The diagnostic criteria are the same as those of children with primary tuberculosis: (1) no calcification in the lungs; (2) the typical primary tuberculosis X-ray findings or dynamic observations are consistent with the pathological anatomy of primary tuberculosis and its development; (3) Knot highly sensitive; (4) sputum positive; (5) Common eye rash and erythema nodosum.
