随着市场经济的不断深化,物价水平不断上涨,送变电行业整体面临着人员老化、成本加剧、常规抢工等困境。传统的架空输电线路安装主要依靠大量劳动力施工,在新时势下,已经不能适应新的发展需求,如何压降成本,转变经济增长方式,是当前摆在送变电企业面前亟待解决的问题。本文在全过程机械化施工试点应用基础上,对机械化施工造价进行分析研究,采用机械化施工模式后,人工成本有所下降,机械成本相对较高,在机械装备上的投入有所增加,但通过施工装备和流水线组织提高了施工效率,压缩了工期。机械化施工模式下的总体费用较传统模式有大幅降低。

Based on the application of mechanized construction pilot project in the whole process, the mechanization construction cost is analyzed and studied. With the mechanized construction mode, the labor cost is reduced, the mechanical cost is relatively high, and the investment in mechanical equipment is increased. However, through the construction Equipment and assembly line organization to improve the efficiency of construction, reducing the construction period. The overall cost under mechanized construction mode is significantly lower than the traditional model.
