推导了腔内倍频的准三能级连续激光器的速率方程,通过归一化相关参量显示:该速率方程的解依赖于四个无量纲综合参量,这4个参量为:归一化的再吸收损耗、抽运光束与激光光束截面比、归一化的抽运水平及一个与倍频晶体倍频能力有关的参量η_(SHG)。通过数值求解该速率方程,得到了一组关于方程的通解与4个综合参量之间关系的普适曲线。
The rate equation of a quasi-three-level continuous laser with double-frequency intracavity is deduced. By normalizing the related parameters, the solution of the rate equation depends on four dimensionless synthesis parameters: normalized and then normalized Absorption loss, pump beam to laser beam cross section ratio, normalized pumping level, and a parameter η SHG related to the frequency multiplying power of the frequency doubling crystal. By solving this rate equation numerically, a set of universal curves for the relationship between the general solution of the equation and the four comprehensive parameters is obtained.
