社会组织是国外金融市场的重要参与者,也是各大资产管理公司的核心机构客户。目前我国社会组织理财市场尚处于起步发展阶段,规模较小但是发展潜力巨大,未来将成为资产管理业务新的蓝海。一、社会组织理财市场概况(一)社会组织的概念、特征及分类在国际上,由于各国在文化传统和语言习惯方面存在着不同,社会组织在不同的国家和地区有多种不同的称谓。如非政府组织、非营利组织、公民社会、第三部门或独立部门、志愿者组织,慈善组织、免税组织等等。这些叫法在内涵上区别不大。与政府、企业相区别,社会组织具有非营利性、非政府性、独立性、志愿性、公益性等基本特征。
Social organizations are important players in foreign financial markets and are also core institutional clients of major asset management companies. At present, China’s social organization financial market is still in its infancy and development stage, with a small scale but great potential for development. In the future, it will become a new blue ocean for asset management business. I. Overview of the Financial Management Market for Social Organizations 1. The Concept, Characteristics and Classification of Social Organizations At the international level, social organizations have many different appeals in different countries and regions because of differences in cultural traditions and language habits. Such as non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, civil society, the third sector or independent sector, volunteer organizations, charitable organizations, tax-free organizations and so on. These names do not differ much in meaning. Different from the government and enterprises, social organizations have the basic characteristics of non-profit, non-government, independence, voluntary, public welfare.
