任何不以提高生产力为目标的管理都是玩弄权术管理作为人类社会最重要的社会活动和最复杂的系统工程,其精髓要义历来见仁见智,分歧颇大。例如,中国儒家以“仁”为精髓,进而演化出“礼治”“德治”“人治”等管理主张;墨家以“兼爱”为精髓,进而演化出“非攻”“尚贤”等管理主张;道家以“道”为精髓,进而演化出“无为”的管理主张;法家以“法”为精髓,进而演化出法治的管理主张,等等。各家虽对管理精髓的看法有所区别,但目的皆求治国兴邦,值得点赞。
Any management that is not aimed at improving productivity is to play with the right management as the most important social activity and the most complicated systematic project in human society. Its essence and meaning have always had a great deal of difference of opinion. For example, Confucianism in China is based on the essence of “Ren” and further evolves management ideas such as “rule of rites,” “rule of virtue,” and “rule of man.” “Non-attack” “Shangxian ” and other management propositions; Taoist to “Road ” as the essence, and then evolved “Inaction ” management proposition; legalists to “law ” as the essence, and thus Evolution of the management of the rule of law, and so on. Though different from each other, their views on the essence of management differ from each other, but their goal is to seek governing the country and deserve praise.
