本文论述了应用大庆石蜡基原油的馏分油合成低界面张力石油磺酸盐的实验结果.研究了低张力石油磺酸盐的结构、活性剂的平均当量和当量分布、电解质的浓度、助剂的种类和用量等对低界面张力体系的影响.得出,随着石油磺酸盐平均当量的增加,最佳含盐量下降.根据大庆油田低矿化度的特点,石油磺酸盐的平度均当量为380~450较合适,并且当量分布范围应较宽.在特定的电解质浓度范围内,获得了超低界面张力(10~(-2)~10~(-3)”达因/厘米)的活性刑配方.这些配方还显示出随增溶参数增加而界面张力降低的特性.当加入醇时,随着醇量的增加,最佳含盐量下降.
In this paper, the experimental results on the synthesis of low interfacial tension petroleum sulfonate using the distillate oil of Daqing paraffinic crude oil are described. The structure of low-tension petroleum sulfonate, the average equivalent and equivalent distribution of active agent, the concentration of electrolytes, Type and amount of low interfacial tension system.The results show that with the increase of average equivalent weight of petroleum sulfonate, the optimum salt content decreases.According to the characteristics of low salinity of Daqing Oilfield, the roughness of petroleum sulfonate The average equivalent weight is from 380 to 450, and the range of equivalent distribution should be wide.Under the specific electrolyte concentration range, ultra-low interfacial tension (10 ~ (-2) ~ 10 ~ (-3) "dyne / cm ) .These formulations also show a decrease in interfacial tension with increasing solubilization parameters.When alcohols are added, as the alcohol content increases, the optimum salt content decreases.
