目的评估垂体后叶素在高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用价值。方法将59例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组30例,垂体后叶素6U宫颈注射后行HIFU治疗;对照组29例,直接行HIFU治疗。比较两组辐照能量、辐照时间等。结果消融出现单点灰度变化的时间及辐照能量、总辐照时间、总辐照能量观察组为(98±91)s、(39 200±36 400)J、(785±356)s、(314 000±140 400)J,对照组为(269±124)s、(107 600±49 600)J、(1 475±568)s、(590 000±227200)J(P<0.05)。结论垂体后叶素能明显降低超声消融治疗子宫肌瘤所需的能量,缩短治疗时间,从而提高治疗效率,应用安全,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of pituitrin in the treatment of uterine fibroids by high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods 59 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in observation group were treated with HIFU after injection of 6U cervical pituitrin. In control group, 29 cases were treated with HIFU directly. Compare the two groups of irradiation energy, irradiation time and so on. Results Time of single-point gray-scale change and irradiation energy were observed in ablation group. Total irradiation time and total irradiation energy were (98 ± 91) s, (39 200 ± 36 400) J and (785 ± 356) s, (314 000 ± 140 400) J, and the control group was (269 ± 124) s, (107 600 ± 49 600) J, (1475 ± 568) s, (590 000 ± 227200) J (P <0.05). Conclusion Pituitrin can significantly reduce the energy required for the treatment of uterine fibroids by ultrasound ablation, shorten the treatment time, thereby improving the treatment efficiency, application safety, and has good clinical value.
