AFC 操作工艺具有较好的动力学和热力学条件,冶金效果得到明显改善。与顶吹法比,磷和硫的分配比提高;钢中氧含量降低 10—300 ppm;渣中 ∑(FeO)降低2.0%—6.0%;终点余锰提高0.015%—0.03%。
AFC operating process has good kinetics and thermodynamic conditions, metallurgical results have been significantly improved. Compared with the top-blowing method, the distribution ratio of phosphorus and sulfur increased; the content of oxygen in steel decreased by 10-300 ppm; the Σ (FeO) in slag decreased by 2.0-6.0%; the end-point manganese increased by 0.015-0.03%.
