心理所有权是指个体感觉到目标(有形的或无形的)或目标物的一部分是他的,即它是“我的”或“我们的”一种心理状态。当员工对组织产生心理所有权时,会催生员工的责任意识,激励员工发自内心地从组织的长远利益出发来决策和行动。本文阐述了心理所有权形成发展的动态模型,并据此提出一些培育员工心理所有权的措施。
Psychological ownership means that the individual feels that the target (tangible or intangible) or part of the target is his, that is, it is a psychological state of “my ” or “ours ”. When employees have psychological ownership of the organization, it will give birth to employees’ sense of responsibility and motivate employees to make decisions and actions based on the long-term interests of the organization. This article expounds the dynamic model of the formation and development of psychological ownership, and puts forward some measures to cultivate the psychological ownership of employees accordingly.
