口译不是单纯意义上的言语行为,而是一种涉及诸多知识层面的跨文化的交际行为。由于工作环境的特殊性,口译员一般不能对已翻译过的内容进行大量的更新和补充,除非发现重大错漏。这就要求口译员在在不违背“准、顺、快”的原则下,灵活运用各种策略。本文从四个方面阐述了口译实践中的相关策略。 Interpreting is not a verbal act in a pure sense but an intercultural communicative act involving many aspects of knowledge. Due to the particularity of the work environment, interpreters generally can not make substantial updates and supplements to the translated content unless significant errors or omissions are found. This requires interpreters to flexibly apply various tactics without violating the principle of “prospective, smooth and fast”. This article elaborates the relevant strategies in the practice of interpretation from four aspects.
