给出了抽油机井调小参数原理,分析了含水率、沉没度、井网、冲程和冲次对调整参数的影响,找出了调整参数对油井产量、含水率等影响规律及对策,对下多杯等流型气锚效果变差的井采用调小参数效果最佳;并应用经济评价理论,提出了调小参数的合理经济界限为含水率≥85%。合理的经济界限为抽油机的技术管理提供了可行的依据。统计2005年抽油机井调整参数31口井。检换泵后调参3口井;下调参26口;地面设备原因调小参数2口井,这31口井平均单井日降液9.1t,日降油0.3t。使降参影响的油量最小。按调参的原因进行分类研究,找出了调整参数对油井产量和含水影响的规律,并应用经济评价理论提出了调整参数的技术经济界限。
The principle of adjusting small parameters of pumping wells is given. The influence of moisture content, submergence, well pattern, stroke and stroke on adjustment parameters is analyzed.
