讨论了基于STC单片机与多路温度监控器而设计的复合材料热作模温压无线群控系统。本系统采用485总线网络采集压力数据,并通过无线模块传输压力、温度数据,实现了多点多信号的群控。本系统采用模拟串口技术对STC串行口进行软扩展,采用中转站方式实现系统对数据的并行采集,缩短了多点数据采集周期。通过本系统的应用,加强了叶片制作工艺过程中的参数监控。
This paper discusses the hot-die thermo-compression wireless group control system based on STC microcontroller and multi-channel temperature monitor. The system uses 485 bus network to collect pressure data, and transmit pressure and temperature data through wireless module to achieve multi-point and multi-signal group control. This system uses the simulation serial port technology to carry on the soft expansion to the STC serial port, uses the transfer station way to realize the system parallel acquisition to the data, shortens the multi-point data acquisition cycle. Through the application of the system, the parameter monitoring in the process of blade production has been strengthened.
