对55例证实有HP感染的消化性溃疡患者胃粘膜活检的病理资料进行了研究。结果发现:胃溃疡,HP感染程度在窦部、体部之间无明显差异,造成全胃弥漫性损害,而对于十二指肠溃疡而言,HP感染主要在窦部、胃粘膜的炎症反应亦主要在窦部。两种溃疡相比较,在HP感染量无显著差异的前提下,胃溃疡患者胃窦部胃粘膜上皮细胞增生较显著(P<0.05),体部胃粘膜的肠上皮化生、淋巴细胞浸润及上皮细胞增生的程度均显著重于十二指肠溃疡患者,腺体萎缩程度亦较高。作者推论,造成十二指肠溃疡和胃溃疡的HP可能属于不同的菌株,并初步分析了这两种菌株的生物学行为。
