目的:分析总结芦山地震发生后,震中医院的救援组织管理经验。方法:早期对院内在院患者快速转移安置,同时组建地震救援统一指挥部,利用建立医疗小组,通过检伤分诊、分组负责、分区域救治的流程模式,对早期突发的大量地震伤员进行高效的救护组织管理。结果:在地震发生后24h内,我院成功有序抢救227例(其中前3h接收131例)地震伤员,未发生新的伤亡,并有效降低致残率。结论:科学地使用组织管理方法,在地震突发早期,能够高效地利用本地救援资源,达到自救的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and summarize the management experience of the rescue organization in the epicenter hospital after the Lushan earthquake. Results: Within 24 hours after the earthquake, 227 cases (131 cases were received in the first 3 hours) were successfully rescued in our hospital, no new casualties occurred and the morbidity rate was reduced effectively. Conclusion: Using the method of organization management scientifically, early in the earthquake, we can make efficient use of local rescue resources to achieve the goal of self-help.
