大学体育教师对于高校培养高素质合格人才有着无法替代的特殊作用。基于大学体育教师的职业特征和笔者20多年的教学心得,本文全面阐述了作为大学体育教师所应具备的素质。一名优秀的大学体育教师,必须在道德修养、服务意识、业务水平、组织能力、知识结构以及处理突发事件等方面具备综合素质和能力。一位体育教师,只要他热爱体育教育事业,对体育教育有自己独特的理解并执着追求,在教学实践中逐渐形成自己的教学风格和魅力,他必定能够成为一名优秀的体育教育家。
University physical education teachers have an irreplaceable and special role for colleges and universities in training high-quality qualified personnel. Based on the professional characteristics of college PE teachers and the author’s teaching experience of more than 20 years, this paper comprehensively expounds the qualities that university PE teachers should possess. An excellent college PE teacher must have comprehensive qualities and abilities in terms of moral cultivation, service awareness, professional skills, organizational skills, knowledge structure, and handling emergencies. A physical education teacher, as long as he loves sports education, has his own unique understanding and perseverance in physical education, and gradually forms his own teaching style and charisma in teaching practice. He must be able to become a good physical education educator.
