作为我国电视事业的重要组成部分,电视台的新闻编导已经逐渐演变成一种独立的职业。电视新闻节目为了适应和现实社会与时俱进的同步发展,必须进行创新,尤其是新闻编导的思维机制方面,通过调动起创新思维,使得电视台新闻编导的思维能够适应现实社会发展的需求。笔者将以电视台新闻编导的创新思维机制培养必要性为切入口进行分析,研究影响创新思维机制培养的各方面因素,并探讨创新思维机制培养的具体方法。
As an important part of China’s television industry, the news director of a television station has gradually evolved into an independent profession. In order to adapt to the synchronous development with the advancement of the times in the society, the TV news program must make innovations, especially the thinking mechanism of the news director. By mobilizing the innovative thinking, the news program of the television station can adapt the news director’s thinking of the television station to the needs of the real social development. The author will analyze the necessity of cultivating the innovative thinking mechanism of news director of TV station, analyze various factors that affect the cultivation of innovative thinking mechanism, and discuss the specific methods of training innovative thinking mechanism.
