目的 观察小剂量阿司匹林 (ASA)对血浆脂蛋白 (a)Lp(a)浓度的影响。 方法 采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法分别检测了 10 1例服用ASA(10 0mg/d)前后的脑梗死患者的血浆Lp(a)浓度和 5 0例对照者服用安慰剂前后血浆Lp(a)水平。 结果 血浆Lp(a)浓度升高患者及不高者服用阿司匹林前所测Lp(a)浓度分别为 (5 34± 5 6 )mg/L和 (136± 6 8)mg/L ,Lp(a)浓度升高患者服用阿司匹林后Lp(a)浓度平均大约下降了14 % (P <0 .0 1) ,而且持续 3个月后所测Lp(a)浓度仍继续下降 ,为 (4 33± 5 8)mg/L ,而Lp(a)浓度不高者服用阿司匹林后Lp(a)浓度无明显变化。对照组中血浆Lp(a)浓度升高者及不高者服用安慰剂后血浆Lp(a)水平均无明显变化。结论 小剂量阿司匹林能有效降低Lp(a)浓度较高患者的Lp(a)水平。但对Lp(a)浓度正常患者的Lp(a)水平无明显影响。
Objective To observe the effect of low-dose aspirin (ASA) on plasma lipoprotein (a) Lp (a) concentration. Methods Plasma Lp (a) concentrations in 10 1 patients with cerebral infarction before and after ASA (100 mg / d) and plasma Lp (a) concentrations in 50 controls were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Level. There was no significant change in plasma Lp (a) level in the control group when the plasma Lp (a) concentration was higher or lower than the placebo group. Conclusion Low-dose aspirin can effectively reduce the level of Lp (a) in patients with higher Lp (a) concentrations. But had no significant effect on Lp (a) levels in patients with normal Lp (a) concentrations.
