为明确土壤质地因素对土壤主要理化性质、酶活性和微生物群落的影响,采集并分析了豫中南烟区襄县、郏县和泌阳等三地的土壤样品。结果表明:(1)三县烟区土壤质地以黏壤土为主,黏土与壤土所占比例较低。壤土的田间持水量高于黏土,而黏土的次表层硬度高于壤土和黏壤土。(2)黏土的pH、有机质和速效钾含量较高,壤土的速效磷含量较高,而黏壤土的氯含量较高。(3)壤土磷酸酶活性高于黏土,而蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性低于黏壤土和黏土,黏土脲酶活性高于壤土和黏壤土;黏土细菌数量和丰度指数高于壤土,黏壤土的细菌多样性指数高于壤土。(4)壤土、黏壤土和黏土在门水平的细菌群落组成相同,但相对丰度上有一定差异,壤土和黏土均以酸杆菌门相对丰度最高,而黏壤土的变形菌门所占比例最高;3种质地的真菌群落组成及相对丰度差异不明显。
In order to clarify the influence of soil texture factors on soil physical and chemical properties, enzyme activity and microbial community, soil samples from three counties of Xiang County, Juxian County and Biyang in Central Henan were collected and analyzed. The results showed that: (1) The texture of soil in the three counties was dominated by clay loam, while clay and loam accounted for a relatively low proportion. The field water holding capacity of loam is higher than that of clay, while the surface hardness of clay is higher than loam and clay loam. (2) The clay had higher pH, organic matter and available potassium, higher available phosphorus in loamy soil, and higher chlorine content in clay loamy soil. (3) The phosphatase activity of loamy soil was higher than that of clay, while the activity of sucrase and catalase was lower than that of clay loam and clay. The activity of clay urease was higher than that of loam and clay loam. The clay bacterial quantity and abundance index were higher than loamy soil and clay loam The bacterial diversity index was higher than loamy soil. (4) The contents of loam, clay loam and clay are the same at the level of door, but there are some differences in relative abundance. The loamy soil and clay are the highest relative abundance of acidobacteria, The highest; three kinds of texture of fungal community composition and relative abundance difference is not obvious.
