以腋芽茎段为外植体进行‘渝茶1号’离体培养与植株再生研究.结果表明,起始培养基以改良MS+2mg/LBA+0.1mg/LNAA较为适宜,平均诱导率达71.1%;继代增殖培养基以改良MS+1.5mg/LBA+0.2mg/LNAA+0.5~1mg/LGA3为宜,增殖系数达3.37;生根培养基以1/2MS+5mg/LIBA为宜,生根率达55.6%.
In vitro culture and plant regeneration of ’Yucha No.1’ with axillary buds as explants were studied.The results showed that the initial medium was more suitable for improving MS + 2mg / LBA + 0.1mg / LNAA with an average induction rate of 71.1 %. The multiplication coefficient of multiplication medium was 3.37 in modified subculture medium with MS + 1.5mg / LBA + 0.2mg / L NAA + 0.5-1mg / L GA3, and rooting rate was better with 1 / 2MS + 5mg / LIBA Up to 55.6%.
