目的:探讨C3-siRNA对脑缺血损伤模型大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法:将60只成年SD鼠随机分成假手术组、模型组、观察组,每组各20只,假手术组大鼠不做任何处理,模型组和观察组使用线栓法(MCAO)进行造模,在造模成功予观察组大鼠腹腔注射0.9%氯化钠液和C3-siRNA,每天注射1次,3天后测定3组大鼠的脑含水量。结果:观察组与模型组大鼠的脑含水量均高于假手术组(P<0.05),观察组含水量与模型组比较具统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组低于模型组。结论:C3-siRNA对大鼠急性脑缺血具有保护效应,补体系统可能与脑缺血后脑组织损伤有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of C3-siRNA on hemodynamics in rats with cerebral ischemic injury. Methods: Sixty adult SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and observation group, 20 rats in each group. Rats in sham operation group were treated without any treatment. The model group and observation group were established by MCAO The model rats were successfully injected intraperitoneally with 0.9% sodium chloride solution and C3-siRNA into the observation group once a day. The brain water content of the rats in the three groups was measured after 3 days. Results: The brain water content of the observation group and the model group was higher than that of the sham operation group (P <0.05). The water content of the observation group was statistically different from that of the model group (P <0.05), and the observation group was lower than the model group. Conclusion: C3-siRNA has a protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia in rats. The complement system may be related to brain injury after cerebral ischemia.
