针对重力模型存在区内出行量预测精度较低,以及采用非重力模型的方法单独估计区内出行量会导致与出行分布理论不一致的问题,在借鉴熵函数形式的基础上,考虑出行产生(吸引)量、出行成本和用地混合程度的影响,提出了基于用地结构熵的广义熵重力模型,构建了区内出行和区间出行一致的理论模型。以2008年西安市大规模居民出行调查数据为输入参数进行了应用研究,验证了模型的精度。研究结果表明:所构建模型对区间出行估计精度提高了19.56%,而对区内出行估计精度提高了36.44%;该模型将城市用地规划中的构成要素直接引入交通规划理论结构中,实现了土地利用与城市交通在规划理论和技术上的衔接,提高了交通规划的科学性。
In view of the low prediction accuracy of the travel volume in the area where the gravity model exists and using the non-gravity model alone to estimate the travel volume in the area, the problem of inconsistent travel distribution theory is caused. Based on the entropy function form, ), The cost of travel and the mixed degree of land use, a generalized entropy gravity model based on the entropy of land use structure is proposed, and a theoretical model of consistent travel between regions and travel within the region is constructed. Xi’an, 2008 large-scale resident travel survey data as input parameters were applied to verify the accuracy of the model. The results show that the proposed model improves the estimated accuracy of interval travel by 19.56% and improves the accuracy of travel estimation in the area by 36.44%.
