在全光自控喷雾条件下,取不同树龄的当年生嫩枝,经各种激素不同浓度不同时间分别处理,采用正交及完全随机区组设计,进行红皮云杉的扦插试验。研究结果表明:①当插条采自25年生以下的母树,插条基部切口以直角切削,在细河砂组成的基质上扦插,其生根率最低可达87%;②对红皮云杉扦插生根有影响的因素大小依次为,切口方式>母树年龄>基质类型。激素的作用不大;③红皮云杉不同无性系扦插生根率差异显著。
Under the conditions of all-optical controlled spraying, twigs of annual shoots of different age were treated with different concentrations of hormones at different times and treated with orthogonal and completely randomized block design to test the cuttings of Picea koraiensis.
