党的十八大以来,市委大力倡导“低调务实、少说多干,敢于担当、积极作为”“十六字”要求,党员干部高度认同,践行效果十分明显,已经成为重庆党员干部打造的“一张新的名片”。在新形势下,我们要结合“三严三实”专题教育,在思想上更加自觉、行动上更加主动地落实“十六字”要求,进一步提升落实“十六字”要求的思想境界和实际成果。一、“十六字”要求是辩证统一的整体要求
