研究表明,遗传因素可能会影响血小板P2Y12受体抑制剂——氯吡咯雷的治疗反应以及疗效。但是,发生遗传突变的并不是P2Y12受体,而是代谢该药的一个酶。
Studies have shown that genetic factors may affect the platelet P2Y12 receptor inhibitor clopidogrel treatment response and efficacy. However, it is not the P2Y12 receptor that undergoes genetic mutations, but an enzyme that metabolizes the drug.
