心理是人脑对客观现实的反应,肢体的发展可以使儿童获得大量的刺激,从而促进大脑机能的完善,为各种心理品质的形成奠定基础。所以,我们应该积极开展体育活动,在锻炼儿童身体的同时有效促进儿童健康心理的形成。儿童健康心理的内容很多,本文主要就健康的自我意识的形成和良好的情绪情感的培养两方面阐述教师在体育活动组织、指导过程中应注意的问题和方法。同时,探讨在体育活动中儿童常见的心理障碍的矫治方法。
Psychology is the reaction of the human brain to the objective reality. The development of the limbs can make children get a lot of stimulation, so as to improve the brain function and lay the foundation for the formation of various psychological qualities. Therefore, we should actively carry out sports activities, which can effectively promote the formation of children’s healthy psychology while exercising children’s bodies. There are many contents of children’s healthy psychology. This article mainly elaborates the problems and methods that teachers should pay attention to in the organization and guidance of sports activities in two aspects: the formation of healthy self-awareness and the cultivation of good emotional emotion. At the same time, to explore the children in sports activities common mental disorders correction methods.
