潘兴Ⅱ导弹的优异命中精度,证明组合制导系统比纯惯性制导系统具有更为广阔的前景。采用这种系统,可在满足命中精度的前提下减轻对惯性器件精度的压力。当今惯性器件的研制,应从谋取各单项指标(如可靠性、精度、小型化、快速反应等)的最优组合上着手。技术上的继承性,是潘兴Ⅱ导弹制导系统的又一特点。这从红石、丘辟特、潘兴Ⅰ、潘兴ⅠA和潘兴Ⅱ几代惯性平台的研制中充分反映了出来。
The excellent hitting precision of the Pershing II missile proves that the combined guidance system has a broader perspective than the pure inertial guidance system. With this system, the accuracy of inertial devices can be mitigated under the premise of hitting accuracy. Nowadays, the development of inertial devices should start with the optimal combination of each single index (such as reliability, precision, miniaturization, rapid response, etc.). Technical inheritance is another characteristic of the Pershing II missile guidance system. This is fully reflected from the research and development of several generations of inertial platforms such as Hongshi, Jupiter, Pershing Ⅰ, Pershing ⅠA and Pershing.
