为缩小由于公路网布局而引起的区域发展差异,均衡公路网布局中各个区域的发展机会或条件,从公路交通资源分配的公平性和公路网布局结构的均衡性的角度,对传统的节点重要度模型进行了改进,将公路网公平性指标作为评判节点重要度的标准,利用各个区域公平性指标发展贡献度的正负值对原始节点的重要度进行修正,提出基于公平性的干线公路网布局方法。研究结果表明:通过基于公平性的干线路网布局优化方法改进模型计算出的各节点重要度值,可以改进模型的布局优化,使路网节点层次的划分更加分明;加入社会公平性指标的节点之间的重要度能较好体现各个节点之间的公平性发展,并且各个节点之间的通达性、集聚性也得到了较好的改善,为适应未来区内经济社会发展的需要奠定了基础,为以后的布局优化提供参考。
