本实验选用生育力正常成年雄性SD大鼠25只,随机分为5组,行一侧输精管HFMC注射术,剂量为10%HFMC20μl(2mg),沉淀剂20μl;另一侧输精管注射生理盐水40μl对照,于注射时和注射后1、3、6、9和12月分别测定双侧输精管pH值,其结果为注射HFMC侧输精管pH明显降低,为5.18~5.82,生理盐水对照侧为7.04~7.64,并随时间推移,注射HFMC侧输精管pH值逐渐升高,于术后12月基本恢复与对照侧基本相同。提示:输精管注射HFMC后,能造成输精管内低pH值,改变了生殖系统内环境,影响精子功能,这可能是输精管内注射HFMC节育的机理之一。
In this experiment, 25 normal adult male SD rats of fertility were randomly divided into 5 groups, one side of the vas deferens HFMC injection, the dose of 10% HFMC20μl (2mg), precipitant 20μl; the other side of the vas deferens injected saline 40μl control , At the time of injection and 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after injection, the bilateral vas deferens pH were measured respectively. The results showed that the vas deferens pH was significantly decreased from 5.18 to 5.82 on HFMC side, 7.04 ~ 7.64. With the passage of time, the pH value of the vas deferens on the HFMC side gradually increased, and the basic recovery after 12 months was basically the same as that on the control side. Hint: After injecting HFMC, the vas deferens can cause the low pH in the vas deferens, change the internal environment of the reproductive system and affect sperm function, which may be one of the mechanisms of sterilizing HFMC in vas deferens.
