Cr12钢最佳激光相变硬化处理效果主要由下列因素造成:(1)马氏体含量大大增加(而残余奥氏体大大减少),(2)马氏体明显细化,(3)马氏体本身硬度摘高,(4)碳化物的弥散分布及(5)马氏体中极高的位错密度。TEM 观察证实马氏体与残余奥氏体之间符合K-S 关系。
The optimum laser transformation hardening treatment effect of Cr12 steel is mainly caused by the following factors: (1) the content of martensite increases greatly (while the retained austenite greatly decreases); (2) the martensite is obviously refined; (3) The hardness of the body itself increases, (4) the dispersion of carbides and (5) the extremely high density of dislocations in the martensite. TEM observation confirmed that the martensite and retained austenite meet the K-S relationship.
