介绍了宝钢研制的连铸机用矢量控制交流调速装置:采用带补偿的磁通闭环的转差频率法矢量控制,其中磁通、转矩观测模型较多地依赖于定子参数,避开了一阶惯性环节,易于实时计算,受电机参数的影响较小;利用新型马达控制专用微处理器8XC196MC,采用直接正弦脉冲宽度调制(DSPWM),简化SPWM设计,快捷地实现电流的实时控制,使电流调节器具有良好的跟踪性能;同时,通过软硬件结合,监视各故障信号,及时进行相应处理,采取有效措施保护器件和装置免遭损坏。
