The system of science and education shoulders the mission of invigorating the country through science and education and strengthening the nation with talents. It is most closely integrated with the innovative national strategy. In studying, understanding and implementing the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our scientific and educational system should stand at the height of fulfilling the party’s mission of governing and rejuvenating the country, improve the party building in the science and education system and reassure the party. 1. Implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the nation by employing qualified personnel into the party building of the science and education system.
