本文探讨了层状碳化物的形态,晶体学特征,析出原因及动力学,以及对HK40合金高温性能的影响。试验结果表明,层状碳化物为板条状M_(23)C_6,与基体的位向关系是, {001}M_(23)C_6∥{001}γ,<001>M_(23)C_6∥<001>γ。层状M_(23)C_6析出的含氮量极限为0.065~0.075%.层状M_(23)C_6胞晶平均生长速度G主要受碳的扩散控制。高温持久实验表明,层状M_(23)C_6的析出对合金的高温持久强度是有害的。
In this paper, the morphology, crystallographic characteristics, precipitating reasons and kinetics of the layered carbides are discussed, as well as the effect on the high temperature properties of the HK40 alloy. The experimental results show that the layered carbides are lath-shaped M_ (23) C_6, and the orientation relation with the matrix is {001} M_ (23) C_6 // {001} γ, <001> M_ (23) C_6 // < 001> γ. The limit of nitrogen content in the layered M_ (23) C_6 is 0.065 ~ 0.075% .The average growth rate of the stratified M_ (23) C_6 cell is mainly controlled by carbon diffusion. Long-term high-temperature experiments show that the precipitation of lamellar M_ (23) C_6 is harmful to the high temperature long-term strength of the alloy.
