第一条为了发展生产,繁荣经济及保护矿业经营权者之权益,特制定本规则。第二条矿业登记由矿区所在地之县(市)人民政府转主管专员公署核送本府工业厅审定;并报西北军政委员会工业部备案。第三条矿业登记分为:(子)关于矿业经营权者:1.国营矿业经营权之设定及变更;2.矿业经营权或小矿业经营权之设定、变更、移转、消失、展限及回复;3.矿业经营权或小矿业经营权处分之限制及限制之消除。
Article 1 These Rules are formulated for the purpose of developing the rights to produce, prosper the economy and protect the rights of mine operators.
