江西省人民委员会令(55)会文字第二号为了贯彻中央对民间职业剧团「加强管理、积极扶植、稳步改造」的方针,进一步发挥其在国家过渡时期的应有作用,遵照中央指示,特制定「江西省民间职业剧团登记管理暂行条例」,随文公布。希赣南行署、各专署、各县市人民委员会督促文化主管部门,根据上述条例之规定,认真办理民间职业剧团的登记工作,并应经常加强具体领导,帮助改进与提高业务。一九五五年四月七日
Order of the People’s Commissaire of Jiangxi Province (55) Text No. 2 In order to carry out the guideline of “strengthening management, actively supporting and steadily transforming” of the private-owned professional theater company by the Central Government, and further give play to its due role in the transitional period of the country, follow the instructions of the Central Government, Promulgating the “Provisional Regulations on the Registration and Management of Private Troupe of Jiangxi Province”, as announced in the text. Greek South Gannan Administration, all agencies, the people’s committees of all counties and cities urge the competent departments of culture to conscientiously handle the registration of non-governmental professional troupes according to the provisions of the above-mentioned regulations and should regularly strengthen specific leadership to help improve and enhance their business.
