跟骨关节内骨折常规Ⅹ线片投照不能清楚显示跟骨后关节面,Broden’s斜位片能显示后关节面,但操作复杂。我们在标本上对跟骨后关节间隙注入钡剂,进行了Ⅹ线的投照研究,并应用于35例跟骨骨折术前术后,也用于20例晚期跟骨骨折随访,获得了好的效果,报道如下:
Calcaneal intra-articular radiography conventional radiographs can not clearly show the calcaneus posterior articular surface, Broden’s oblique films can show the articular surface, but the operation is complicated. We injected barium into the posterior calcaneal space of the calcaneus and performed the radiographic study of Ⅹ-ray. We applied it to 35 patients with calcaneal fractures before surgery and 20 patients with advanced calcaneal fractures, and obtained good results The effect is reported as follows:
