巯基棉-阳极溶出伏安法测定含铜废水中的锌

当铜、锌共存情况下,用阳极溶出伏安法测定锌时,由于在汞膜电极上生成铜锌间的互化物,从而干扰锌的测定。本文将含铜废水调至pH=3.0,经巯基棉过滤,铜被巯基棉定量吸附,锌不被吸附而分开。试验结果表明100ppm的铜、0.01ppm的锌,方法的回收率在90%以上,变异系数小于10%。操作简单,仪器便宜,灵敏度高,检出下限1ppb。 When copper and zinc were coexisted, zinc was determined by anodic stripping voltammetry, which interfered with the determination of zinc due to the formation of intermetallics between copper and zinc on the mercury film electrode. In this paper, the copper-containing wastewater was adjusted to pH = 3.0, filtered by thiol cotton, and the copper was quantitatively adsorbed by sulfhydryl cotton, and the zinc was not adsorbed and separated. The test results show that 100 ppm of copper and 0.01 ppm of zinc have a recovery of over 90% and a coefficient of variation of less than 10%. Simple operation, cheap equipment, high sensitivity, detection limit 1ppb.
