本文提出了金电极二次导数阳极溶出伏安法测定尿铜的方法。H_2SO_4-KMnO_4为尿液的消化剂,水浴90℃消化1.5小时后,过量KMnO_4用H_2O_2还原。低于20ppbCu~(2+)浓度和铜溶出峰高成线性关系,检出限为0.4ppb。测定一5ppbCu~(2+)时的相对标准偏差为3.2%。测它10ppbCu~(2+)时的回收率为96—105%。PO_4~(a-)浓度比正常值高限浓度高一倍时对尿铜测定有干扰,但其它常见无机离子浓度达到两倍正常值高限浓度均不干扰。
In this paper, a method for the determination of urinary copper by the second derivative anodic stripping voltammetry of gold electrode was proposed. H_2SO_4-KMnO_4 is the digestive agent of urine. After dipping in water bath at 90 ℃ for 1.5 hours, excess KMnO_4 was reduced with H_2O_2. Below 20ppbCu ~ (2 +) concentration and copper dissolution peak height into a linear relationship with a detection limit of 0.4ppb. The relative standard deviation of a 5 ppb Cu 2+ assay was 3.2%. Measured it 10ppbCu ~ (2+) when the recovery rate of 96-105%. When the concentration of PO_4 ~ (a-) is twice as high as the normal high limit, it will interfere with the determination of urinary copper, but other common inorganic ions will not interfere twice as high as the normal value.
