湖南省教育学会体育专业委员会第八届学术年会选调的体育素质教育和健康教育示范课活动显示:当前中小学体育教学特点为“小群体、中强度、高密度、快乐教育性和健康教育普及性”;对中小学体育教学示范课的研究表明,这些特点对促进和提高我省乃至于全国中小学体育教学和健康教育教学质量有着积极的推动作用。
