随着全球化与多元化等级的出现,企业在市场环境中也已经实现更好的运营模式。但人力资源管理模块在发展中成为主要的制约方式,为了使我国企业与世界接轨,原有的人力资源模式实现了更大的改进形式,特别是绩效管理模块中,利用KPI技术为企业实现了新的发展意义。本文针对KPI在应用期间存在的问题进行分析,并阐述相关的改进策略,从而实现企业绩效管理的标准化。
With the emergence of globalization and diversification, companies have also achieved better operating models in a market environment.
