基础教育课程改革倡导培养反思型教师、专家型教师,这就需要教师不断反思自己的教学行为是否体现新课程标准,因此反思性教学的有效实施成为了当前教育工作者必须认真思考和探索实践的重大问题。波斯纳提出教师的成长公式是:经验+反思=成长。靠经验传递只能缩短一般教师和专家型教师间的差距,但是不能使他们成为专家型教师。反思性教学不仅能使一部分教师成为反思型教师,更能使教师成为专家型教师。一、反思性教学在小学语文教学实施中存在的问题
The reform of basic education curriculum advocates the training of reflective teachers and expert teachers, which requires teachers to continuously reflect on whether their teaching behaviors embody the new curriculum standards. Therefore, the effective implementation of reflective teaching has become a necessity for current educators to think and explore practically. Major problem Posner put forward the teacher’s growth formula is: experience + reflection = growth. Passing on experience can only shorten the gap between general and expert teachers but can not make them expert teachers. Reflective teaching can not only make some teachers become reflective teachers, but also enable teachers to become expert teachers.
